Soap Relief by Maja Johanne Lauesen — a sculpture for the palm of your hand!

Sculpted in soap by Lauesen known for her large-scale reliefs, this piece translates her language of form into a more intimate, ritual scale. Layered with semi-transparency and gently shifting tones that happen to echo the gallery’s palette, the relief is both a tactile object and atmospheric study.

Infused with citronella, wild rose, hibiscus and chamomile — scents reminiscent of Northern summer landscapes — it invites slowness, ritual, and a sense of place.
