Emma Mercedes Riis

Emma Mercedes Riis mainly works in hot glass. Concerning herself with themes of identity, relation to society and awareness, glass lends itself as a beautiful material with its transparent and fragile properties.

Anna Mørch

Anna Mørch’s practise is largely influenced by the wonder of nature. Being drawn by the distinctive nature, Mørch has settled in a rural area of Northern Denmark. The inspiration for Mørch’s works are clearly found in the landscapes surrounding her – both in literal and more existential terms.

Discover ena's flower garden

ena’s flower garden

Inspired by Karen Blixen and Hilma af Klint's common appreciation of the natural world, we have created ena's flower garden, where we appreciate the myriad of colours, shapes and life in and around the flowers on a daily basis. We also hope to contribute to the movement of organic flower farming, by offering beautiful flower arrangements in the spring and summer.

Events

Our events are also about appreciating our natural world and environment. Our Art Talks will introduce you to our artists and give an insight in how nature plays a vital role in their practices. Our Dinner Parties will host local chefs to conduct an evening based on native, in season produce, along with one of our artists, providing a unique artistic culinary experience.

Gallery

Our gallery is situated in the heart of Skagen's East End, with our closest neighbours being Skagen's Museum and Brøndum's Hotel, where you can experience the cultural heritage of this historical town. At our gallery, we strive towards showing how the art scene in Skagen is still vibrant today.
